Amar and Dhruti Shah have successfully completed on the purchase of The Bungalow Care Home in Lincolnshire.   They were keen to use their resources to add value to the community and were pleased to secure this acquisition.

The Home has an excellent reputation, not least as testament to the skilled leadership from the Home’s experienced Care Manager who is retaining her position to work alongside the new owners.  The site has planning permission to increase by a further 13 beds, which the purchasers are keen to progress to improve the accommodation offered in the future.

Amar Shah was pleased to comment “From day one, I was full of confidence that Liz would not only manage to get us a lender to agree to lend us money but also get us a great deal with that lender.  At every stage of the process, Chandler & Co were on hand to give us not only advice and reassurance, but also valued contacts who we could be confident would be useful for pre and post purchase.  Their knowledge was invaluable and will highly recommend anyone to contact Liz.  We will also be coming back to her when the day comes for us to expand our portfolio.”

Amar and Dhruti were introduced to Liz Woollett at Chandler & Co in July 2018.  Chandler & Co are pleased to have secured a competitive lending facility for this purchase and have worked closely with the experienced team involved to help bring the completion together.  Liz commented “We’ve really enjoyed working with Amar and Dhruti to help them acquire this business.  As the borrowers found with their conversations with their own bank manager, it isn’t always easy for new entrants to achieve suitable and timely commercial finance options when entering the care sector.  We were really pleased to present alternatives available for our clients, offering them much need support from a Specialist Lender to realise their aspirations.  Amar and Dhruti have been great to work with; we wish them every success for the future.”
