Funding arranged by Chandler & Co. for the acquisition by Smart Care of established Plymouth care home group

Smart Care Homes has purchased Mannamead Care, which comprises of four established care homes in Plymouth, Devon and one independent living unit. In total, 156 residents are registered to the group for residential dementia care and nursing. 

The group acquired by Smart Care Homes comprises of the following properties. 

The acquisition of the group by Asim Chaudhary, Managing Director of Smart Care Homes sees Smart Care Homes expand their current care home offering into the South West of England. Asim  is passionate about adult social care and with an existing portfolio of care homes, he has all the experience, knowledge, and drive to continue to deliver outstanding care.
