New Care Provider acquires The Priory in Chippenham
New care provider AVC Assets is headed up Vishal Chandnani, a highly experienced business operator. The company has successfully completed on the purchase of their first care home in Wiltshire. Liz Woollett of Chandler and Co worked with the buyers to quickly establish their purchasing and funding criteria. They had found The Priory in Chippenham and Liz was able to confirm their financial position to the selling agent resulting in an offer being accepted and the deal was agreed. Finance for the purchase was negotiated carefully with a range of lenders and the deal completed in February.

The Priory is registered for 24 elderly residents and is run under management. There is potential to add a further three 2 bedrooms, which the new owner intends to develop in the next few months.
